Before the arrival date the Hotel will verify if all given information are correct. Any cancellation must be received no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 100% first night charge. During your stay any cancellation must be noticed to our Reception no later then 48 hours prior the effective departure. Extra services booked and not used will be charged 50%.
